OEM/ODM Factory Drilling Odex System - Reverse circulation hammer – Spark Detail:

Working principle

Compressed air flows into the annular space of the double wall drill pipe, then into the RC hammer, and reach to the bottom of the hole, and carries the cuttings out off the hole through the sample tube of the RC hammer, and back to the ground by the inner pipe of drill pipe.

Common drill pipe

Accurate sampling;

Compared with conventional drilling tools,RC tools flush cuttings inside the pipe with small resistance to effect;

Special custom made alloy steel is adopted for sampling tube and shroud, the surface of sampling tube is hardened.
